Abstract SubmissionDeadline for submissions: March 1, 2012
25 abstracts submitted by young investigators (under age 35) will be selected for bursaries covering expenses for the duration of the meeting (registration, full board accommodation).
The top 3 abstracts will be awarded 700€, 400€ & 100€ respectively. If you wish to apply, please indicate the appropriate category on the abstract submission form.
Abstracts submitted after deadline will be considered for poster presentation, but not for oral presentation or bursaries. |
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Text in Times New Roman 12 pt type font, title in capital letters.
2. List institutions including city, state and country. If more than one institution, list authors' names with asterisks to indicate location:

3. Five space indentation on the first line of each paragraph.
4. Use standard abbreviations. Place abbreviations for compounds, special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears. Do not abbreviate compounds in the title of the abstract.
5. Refer to pharmaceutical products by generic names. If necessary to include trade name, capitalize the first letter.
6. Use a maximum of 300 words (not including author affiliations etc.).
ALL ABSTRACTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY FROM THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM USING ACROBAT READER.

Abstracts sent by fax or any other email address will not be accepted.
A confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be sent to the primary author.
Rules for submission of abstracts:
Abstracts should not have been presented in previous International Gastroenterology/Hepatology Meetings.
Abstracts will be selected by the Scientific Committee for oral or poster presentation. Please indicate your preference in the space provided when submitting your abstract.
Editing of typographical and grammatical errors will be done by the Organizing Committee without consultation with authors prior to printing of accepted abstracts.
