Oral Presentations (invited speakers)
Your total presentation time is 20 minutes. The format is 15 minutes lecture and 5 minutes for discussion and comments.
Note: You are required to include a disclosure slide indicating potential conflict of interests or the absence thereof at the beginning of your presentation.
Please send a synopsis by May 1st to: Ishen2012@gmail.com for the booklet of presentations. Please include the title and a brief summary (300 words max.).
Set-up
Upon arrival on site, we request that speakers check-in at the ‘Speakers ready room’ for reviewing their presentation file with a USB Storage Device or CD and for uploading of the final versions.
When reviewing your presentation, make sure that all materials (fonts, images and animations) are properly displayed on our equipment.

Poster Presentations
Details regarding time of poster presentation will be sent directly to the authors. Please also refer to program.
Please stand by your poster at the poster sessions.
Poster Board size: 150 cm wide x 118 cm high (max. size). Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the above size.
