Utvecklingscentrum i Region Skåne bjuder in till en ny omgång av förbättringsledarprogrammet. Programmet syftar till att ge deltagarna grundläggande kunskap för att bedriva förbättringsarbete som ledare och/eller handledare.
Observera att när du registrerar din anmälan anmäler du dig till hela programmet.
Målgrupp
Medarbetare som har intresse av att leda, handleda eller delta i förbättringsarbete. Det ska finnas vilja från deltagarens enhet att starta förbättringsarbete i samband med eller efter programmet. Målsättningen är att nå en tvärprofessionell spridning bland deltagarna.
Omfattning
Programmet består av fyra lärseminarier fördelade på totalt sex dagar. Under programmet bedriver deltagarna ett eget förbättringsarbete, individuellt eller tillsammans med sin enhet. Programmet kräver därför en större arbetsinsats på hemmaplan. Det kan vara en fördel om minst två deltagare från samma avdelning/enhet/organisation går programmet samtidigt.
