The registration fee provides access to the 2-day conference at Nyborg Strand Hotel & Conference Center, incl. all meals and accommodation for 1 night. Please note that it is not possible to purchase a ticket for only parts of the conference.

The cost of participation is subsidized by the host organizations. Travel expenses to and from the conference venue will be at your own expense.

Filming/photography will take place at this event for promotional and archival purposes. Registrants agree to the Code of Conduct outlined here: Code of Conduct - d3aconference.dk. Your data will be shared only among the conference organizers.

Please, note the following:

There are limited seats in each category. If full, we offer the possibility to join a waitlist.
For the Corporate category, we have a maximum of 5 attendees from the same institution. If max is hit, curation will take place.
Research assistants should register using the Postdoc/PhD Student category.
Please indicate your interest in sharing a double room with another participant by checking the designated box during registration. In the event of insufficient volunteers, we may approach attendees with the most affordable registration fees to inquire about their willingness to share accommodations

Cancellation policy: full refund will be made if you cancel before September 24. After that, no refunds can be arranged.
